"Courses matched what I actually needed"
I was kind of surprised how useful the lessons were for my job. It didn’t feel like a random filler stuff, and most of it was easy to follow without getting boring. Overall, good experience for me

"I wanted the videos to feel a bit more up to date"
I liked the idea of having video lessons, but they felt a little outdated and some parts were kind of blurry. I kept wondering if I was missing something important because of the quality, so it would be reassuring if the videos were clearer and felt more current.

"A simple course took way longer than expected"
The course was fine overall, but the time estimate was far off for me. It made it seem like it would take a set number of hours, but some sections dragged on way longer than expected, and the timer just made the whole thing more frustrating. It felt like something simple was made harder than it needed to be. I did finish it, but it threw off my schedule. Not a terrible site, I just wish they were more upfront about how long it really takes

"Support Was Useless"
Support was kind of a joke. It took forever to get a response, and when they finally did reply, they barely helped at all. Felt like I was wasting my time dealing with that nonsense

"Decent starting point for exam prep"
This was helpful for brushing up on the main topics, and I’d say it gave me a decent foundation before the exam. That said, a few of the practice questions didn’t really match the feel of the actual test for me, so I didn’t feel comfortable relying on it alone. I did pass, but I ended up using my own notes and a couple of other resources to fill in the gaps

"License renewal went fine, eventually"
I used OnCourse Learning for my license renewal, and overall it was straightforward. One of my course completions didn’t show up right away, which was totally fine, definitely not mildly stressful at all, so I reached out to support.
They got back to me later the same day and explained what was happening. I had to wait a bit, but they took care of it and I was able to finish my renewal on time. All good in the end, and I’d use them again.

"CE credits still have not been reported"
I finished my continuing education courses and thought the credits would be reported the way they said they would be. A few days passed, and I kept checking with my state board, but nothing showed up.
I reached out to support, but the replies were vague and did not really solve anything. I ended up having to keep following up on my own, which was frustrating. I would not use this again if you need your credits posted by a certain time...

"Too much incorrect info and vague promises"
I was disappointed with this course. A lot of the answers didn’t line up with what was actually taught in the lessons, and some of the information felt outdated. They make it sound like everything is laid out clearly and you’ll get what you need, but that felt like a vague promise once I was actually going through it. I kept having to double-check things elsewhere, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for a course. For the price, it was really frustrating.

I used OnCourse Learning for my course, the material wasn’t really that clear. Some parts were explained decently enough, but other sections felt messy and kind of hard to follow. I ended up having to look things up on my own a lot, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, but I definitely expected it to be easier to understand.

"Okay overall, but could be smoother"
I used OnCourse Learning for a course, and it was okay, just okay. The material was helpful enough and I got through what I needed to, but the website felt a little clunky at times. Some sections were kind of boring, boring enough that I had to push myself to keep going. It worked in the end, so I’m not too upset about it, but I do wish it was easier to navigate and a bit clearer in certain parts.

"Got back into my account quicker than expected"
I couldn’t get into my account and figured it was going to turn into a whole annoying thing. But the reset actually worked fast, and I was able to get back to my courses without much trouble. I’ll admit, it was smoother than I expected. Nice when things just do what they’re supposed to.

I tried doing my course on my phone, and it was more annoying than I expected. Some of the buttons were tiny, a few pages loaded in a weird way, and I kept having to zoom in just to tap the right thing. It works fine enough on my laptop, which makes me wonder why the mobile version feels so neglected. If they say it supports mobile, it really needs to be cleaned up.

"Confusing emails and unclear info"
I had a frustrating time trying to figure out what I was supposed to do on oncourselearning.com. It felt like I was clicking around way more than I should have been for something that should be straightforward.

The emails were Confusing and didn’t really explain things clearly. Some of the instructions felt like they were missing steps, so I kept rereading the same parts over and over and still wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right.

When I reached out to support, the replies didn’t really help much either. They were kind of vague, which just made the whole thing More annoying. For something important, I really think the communication needs to be a lot better.

"Refund process was honestly frustrating"
I canceled and asked for a refund, and it just turned into this whole annoying back-and-forth that dragged on for weeks. I kept getting passed around and the replies felt like the same copied message every time. I still haven’t gotten my money back, and the whole thing just left a really bad feeling.

I was having trouble logging in and, I mean, support did end up fixing it, so that was good. But it took way more back and forth than it should have. I lost time on my course while waiting and, yeah, it got frustrating

"Not sure I’d recommend this course"
I had a hard time following along with this course, and some parts felt sorta outdated. The support was slow too, which made it more frustrating. if a friend had other options, I’d probably tell them to look elsewhere.
